BT Mix was so helpful. We needed plastic retaining nuts for our static mix tubes because ours broke and we didn't have a replacement. I emailed Paul late on Friday for replacements and he got them in the mail that day. They arrived on Monday and we were able to continue production. Thank you for the urgency with your help.
